Assistant - Accounts  

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility on day-to-day accounting transaction in system
  • Assist to prepare monthly SWCorp Claims
    -Raise Tax Invoice
    -Photocopy & Filling of All Claims
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation with SWCorp including liaise & follow up with respective party
  • Prepare monthly revenue schedules & reports
  • Summary of Monthly Claims
  • Analysis of Amount Owing by SWCorp / Council
  • Pelarasan
  • Provision for SWCorp Deduction
  • Revenue Details
  • Collection Status
  • Assist to prepare KPI Deduction Reports
  • Prepare intercompany billing on management fees
  • Undertake any ad-hoc task as and when required by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or other equivalent studies
  • One (1) to two (2) years of related working experience will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous and able to work under tight deadline
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude
