Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling and channeling public complaints.
- Follow up on public complaints and update actions in the system.
- Handling and channeling daily KPI non-compliance to the Supervisor.
- Updating daily KPI action feedback along with pictures in the system.
- Preparation of daily and monthly reports for Public Complaints and KPI.
- Perform other duties as directed by superiors from time to time.
- Carry out and execute assigned tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
- Comply with safety rules for all work activities and jobs.

Job Requirements
- Have a Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Administration or equivalent.
- Skills in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to move to different places to carry out tasks if necessary.
- Have a valid class D driver's license.
- Have own vehicle.
- Have good communication skills with colleagues and customers.
- Willing to work outside working hours and on holidays when needed.
- Relevant experience is an added advantage for this position.
