Duties & Responsibilities
• To manage and monitor ISPEMOS key-in for pbt MPHTJ, MPAG and MPJ.
• To liaise with SWCorp State / Respective PBT concerning ISPEMOS key-in process, schedule & updating of data Inventory
• Liaise with other departments regarding any ISPEMOS data issue.
• Work closely with other relevant departments such as GIS, Operation Planning, Operation, Logistic, Finance, IT and so on regarding any ISPEMOS data issue.
• Analyze ISPEMOS data when required by management.
• Assist Operation Planning Unit department when required
• Support other regions ISPEMOS key-in process when required.
• Continuous liaison with GIS to update inventory data
• To assist the Finance Department in verifying payment differences during reconciliation and liaise with SWCorp on the same matter
• Manage and monitor any improvement activities
