Duties & Responsibilities
- To perform the duties assigned according to ISO Standard / Standard Operation Procedures at all times
- To obey safety rules and to exercise caution in all their work activities and other employees.The establishment and maintenance of a safe work environmentis the shared responsibility of Employees and the Company.
- Ensure compliances with DOE requirements.
- Monitor bund tank and pond level to ensure no leachate spillage, overflowing and river contaminated
- Carry out jar test to reduce operation cost (chemnical, equipments and others).
- Achieve quantity and quality in operation for OJT.
- Carry out good maintenance to prevent from downtime of plant operation and equipment damage
- Report and communicate with DOE and other related government parties (BAKAJ) on LTP operation and other incidents. Train operators in operation, chemical spillage, PPE, testing and others to ensure safety and optimum functioning of the plant. Ensure the operation of the plant is following SOP and DOE requirement to prevent compound.
On call and immediate action to the problem occur. (24 hour operation]
- Plan and convey proper information to operators for smooth operation of the plant.
- Ensure the plant's cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor chemical inventory to prepare stock and avoid overdosing
- Discuss with manager regarding operation and new idea to improve the operation.
- Prepare document for 1SO audit and DOE reporting
- Plan for overtime, chemical purchasing, servicing of pumps/ motors/ equipment, calibration and others.
- Carry out internal lab test and report to DOE in performance monitoring report.
- Perform any other tasks or assignments as and when assigned by the Management.
